Buyers can flag their device as stolen through the portal. For Android/Windows-based devices, this enables tracking capabilities or potential remote shutdown functionality to protect your data.

End users can report faults (e.g., overheating charger) via the portal. Reports appear on a real-time dashboard visible to vendors and manufacturers. You can optionally upload images of the fault to assist with diagnosis.
